Who we are
TerraTrade is an agricultural trading company based in Kano, Nigeria. For any question about your data, email info@terratrade.global.
What we collect
What you type into the quote form: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number and your message, plus the page language and the product you asked about. Our host, Netlify, also records the IP address, browser type and referring page with each submission and filters spam with Akismet.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote or sample, and, if we do business together, to manage that relationship. We rely on the steps you ask us to take before a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc. (United States), and delivered to our company email. Like any web host, Netlify also logs IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. We keep submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It only remembers your light/dark theme choice in your own browser (localStorage), and that never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@terratrade.global. We handle personal data in line with Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 and the laws that apply to you.
